On February 7, world-renowned scientist, biochemist, nutritionist, and Naturopathic practitioner Dr. Robert O. Young was sentenced by the San Diego Superior Court to one count of "treating the sick without a certificate," one count of "conspiring to treat the sick without a certificate," one count of elderly "theft," and one count of "elder abuse." A single individual, Jane Clayson, pressed these charges, believed to have acted for personal, selfish gain.

Dr. Young is currently being held at the Vista Detention Center in San Diego, awaiting Judge Laura Duffy's sentencing on May 18. The sentencing date was initially set for March 28, but it was postponed to April 28 and again to May 28. He potentially faces up to 14 years in prison for alleged crimes he did not commit.

In this press release and investigative report sequel, I will address key points that illustrate this case as a Show Trial, counter the sentencing with factual information, and discuss the Judicial Misconduct involved against Dr. Young and his colleague, Dr. Galina Migalko. This Misconduct extends beyond the judicial system in Southern California.

This Show Trial represents an attack on American intelligence. Homeopathic medicine is a cornerstone of our health today. Historical evidence shows Homeopathy and indigenous healing practices existed long before the Rockefeller Institute of Medicine was founded in 1908. Modern allopathic Rockefeller medicine is not representative of the traditional medical practices in the Americas. The common misconception that traditional Homeopathy is outdated and ineffective is incorrect; many who survived the 1918 Spanish Flu used traditional Homeopathic remedies to save their lives. Treatments such as essential oils (taken orally) and sodium bicarbonate were employed to optimize body pH and detoxify from infectious pathogens.

Dr. Young's natural healing approach, known as the pH Miracle, has been peer-reviewed in modern scientific studies by the NIH (links will be included in Part 2 of this sequel). The San Diego Superior Court's political persecution of Dr. Young and Dr. Migalko threatens the safety of all Naturopathic doctors and Allopathic medical doctors who explore benign practices of Naturopathy (traditional Homeopathy) and natural cancer therapies. This Show Trial aims to undermine Americans' right to medical freedom and to choose their healthcare providers and treatment methods.

Dr. Young and Dr. Migalko are being politically persecuted for their discovery of a method to reverse cancer, which has been peer-reviewed at the University of California. Dr. Young has authored 100 books and 3,000 articles translated into 29 languages. His New Biology has revolutionized modern medicine by revitalizing traditional Homeopathic medicine. The health of millions worldwide has been saved and improved by Dr. Young’s scientific discoveries over the last 4 decades.

The judicial tyranny against Dr. Young parallels the political persecution experienced by Attorney Reiner Fuellmich, the case of "Bitcoin Jesus" Roger Ver, and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. In the case of Assange, supporters have described the significant endurance required to withstand coordinated attacks, lies, and isolation during his protracted battle for freedom.

The goal of such attacks has been to intimidate and silence others. Each smear campaign subtly threatened professional reputations and social standing, effectively driving people away, as noted by author Felicity Ruby. The silencing of Assange in Belmarsh prison for five years represents political persecution against an individual who pioneered and defended press freedom and free speech—freedoms that are just as crucial as medical freedom.

WikiLeaks fundamentally changed public consciousness and awakened many individuals, disrupting tyrannical efforts to censor the truth. The suppression of Assange occurred before the onset of the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out, which has led to a wave of medical professionals losing their licenses for opposing experimental mRNA vaccines.

The psychological torture inflicted on Assange during what has been termed a "decade-long witch hunt" has been documented in multiple reports written by the U.N. Special Rapporteur on "Torture, Nils Melzner: Demasking The Torture of Julian Assange and A Murderous System Is Being Created Before Our Very Eyes.

Dr. Young and Dr. Migalko, like Assange, are being targeted through a coordinated attack involving unjustifiable psychological and physical torture.

Unethical and Dishonorable Conduct

For over two decades, American taxpayers' money has been used in the Lawfare and defamation of Dr. Young by the San Diego Superior Court. The persecution of Dr. Young resembles the elements of a Hollywood blockbuster film.

This situation involves unethical and dishonorable conduct by all parties, including judges and prosecuting district attorneys. Key issues include $100,000 in Department of Justice bribery, a corrupt sheriff's department, possible FBI involvement, $50 million in stolen property, and the seizure of all financial and other assets that have effectively bankrupted Dr. Young. Additionally, Dr. Migalko was also forced to close her once-thriving practice.

The crimes committed by the San Diego judicial system and the Attorney General's Office against these two exemplary doctors encompass a range of criminal and felony charges:

1. **Judicial Misconduct** (28 U.S. C 351-364, Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980)

Judicial misconduct is defined as actions by a judge that are considered unethical or violate the judge's obligations to conduct themselves impartially.

2. **Prosecutorial Misconduct** (California Penal Code 141 'C')

Prosecutorial misconduct occurs when the state abuses its power through illegal acts or a failure to act, especially in attempts to influence a jury to convict a defendant or impose an excessive punishment wrongly. In California, this is classified as a felony.

3. **Lack of Jurisdiction**

4. **Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law** (U.S. C 18 242)

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under the color of any law to willfully deprive someone of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

5. **Conflict of Interest** (Sixth Amendment of U.S. Constitution)

A Sixth Amendment violation occurs when the trial court fails to investigate a potential conflict of interest that it knew or reasonably should have known about.

6. **Bribery and Intimidation** (California Penal Code - PEN 422.6)

California Penal Code 136.1, Section 67, and Section 68 involve Intimidating A Witness Or Victim. Bribery Of Or By An Executive Officer Or Public Employee by Discouraging a witness from reporting a crime or testifying about a crime is a serious criminal offense classified as a second-degree felony.

7. **Violations of Constitutional Rights** (Brady violations under the 14th Amendment Due Process Clause)

A Brady violation occurs when the prosecution fails to disclose evidence favorable to the defense in a criminal case. Such evidence, known as "exculpatory evidence," could exonerate the defendant or reduce their punishment, thus violating the defendant's right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment.

8. **Empty Courtroom with No Witnesses** (California Penal Code Section 240)

10. **Department of Justice Bribery** (California Penal Code § 67 PC)

California Penal Code § 67 PC criminalizes bribing any executive officer, including district attorneys and police officers. Violating this law is a felony punishable by up to four years in jail or prison.

11. **Sheriff "Sham Raid" with Men in Black** (Fourth Amendment of the Constitution)

The Fourth Amendment protects individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures and requires law enforcement to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before searching.

12. **Elder Abuse** (California Penal Code § 368 PC)

California Penal Code § 368 PC prohibits elder abuse, which involves physical or emotional abuse, neglect, endangerment, or financial exploitation of a victim 65 years of age or older.

13. **Right to Practice Medicine**

A licensed Naturopathic Doctor can practice medicine in California without persecution.

Dr. Young's new legal counsel is filing every motion and appeal. Robert Kennedy Jr. and President Donald Trump have been informed about Dr. Young's case against the State of California, which addresses freedom of speech and medical choice. The Trump team is a strong advocate against corrupt district attorney offices.

San Diego Crime Syndicate

The San Diego County Superior Court, Los Angeles Superior Court, and Orange County Superior Court represent some of the most significant instances of judicial fraud in the United States. Corruption has reached epidemic levels in the courts of Southern California.

The peak of court corruption in Southern California occurred in the mid to late 1980s when Los Angeles County began paying "supplemental or local judicial benefits" to California State Superior Court judges. Since then, misconduct within the judiciary has involved bribery, abuse of power, and other felony violations of the Code of Judicial Ethics, such as:

**Bribery:** Judges and other judicial officials have been found guilty of bribery, corruption, and accepting favors.

**Abuse of Power:** Judges have been accused of using their positions for personal gain.

**Misuse of Authority:** Judges have been accused of improperly exercising their authority.

**Public Comments:** Judges have been accused of commenting publicly on pending cases.

**Sexual Misconduct:** Judges have been accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with attorneys, staff, or involved parties.

The Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) investigates allegations of judicial misconduct. In May 1996, the California Bar Journal reported a significant corruption case in San Diego, where judges faced bribery and racketeering charges. This case exceeds the infamy of previous corruption cases, including the Greylord sting operation in Chicago, which resulted in the jailing of twelve judges.

Operation Greylord is one of the most notorious FBI investigations into public corruption in United States history. Two judges and a San Diego lawyer were subsequently convicted on corruption charges. A trial judge noted that the corruption "had been festering for years," according to the Los Angeles Times.

In the Frega case (1996), an attorney and two judges from Southern California were charged with violating section 666 for allegedly bribing judges in exchange for favorable rulings. The Frega case involved San Diego Superior Court Judge Richard S. Whitney, who presided over Dr. Young's 2017 Show Trial sentencing.

The degradation of attorneys and judicial officers within the San Diego judicial system extends into family courts. The judicial corruption persisted during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and the San Diego District Attorney's Office is equally compromised.

Moreover, the U.S. Department of Justice (D.O.J.) has a troubling history of obstructing investigations into public corruption crimes within the San Diego Superior Court. According to journalist Woodrow L. Higdon, who has documented this corruption, D.O.J. officials have consistently provided false information. He asserts that the Penal Code defines this deliberate misuse of public funds to cover up crimes as a "criminal fraud conspiracy."

Judge Laura Duffy was a U.S. District Attorney from 2010 - 2017. She was appointed as a judge to the San Diego Superior Court in 2017 and plays a crucial role in the ongoing political persecution of Dr. Young and Dr. Migalko. She has previously been exposed for prosecutorial misconduct, and conspiring with the D.O.J. and the FBI to protect a serial sex predator.

The Southern California crime syndicate has actively obstructed and concealed hundreds of cases of public corruption involving the wrongful prosecution of innocent individuals and evidence tampering on a massive scale.

In 2017, Judge Laura Duffy was implicated when documents revealed her exchanging texts and phone calls with a District Attorney who had been recused from a case concerning a subject of investigation during a trial.

"There is a wide array of obstruction of justice conspiracies involving local police, prosecutors, judges, and elected officials in Southern California. All of them have used their positions in law enforcement to cover up each other's public felony corruption crimes, openly threatening anyone—including police officers—who attempted to report it. These offenses are defined as "organized crime," journalist Higdon states.

The California Legislature's failure to address the issue worsened the judicial corruption crisis in San Diego. Despite our court ruling on two occasions in 2011 and 2015 that it was the Legislature's constitutional duty to intervene, the corruption within the San Diego Superior Court has continued unabated.

The two judges responsible for Dr. Young's show trial have a documented history of felony crimes, including judicial misconduct.
